Verdict
Active traders and ETF investors who want zero fees and a flexible ISA (so you can withdraw and re-invest within the same tax year). Note there is no SIPP, so not suitable as a standalone pension platform.
Passive investors who are happy using Vanguard's own fund range. At 0.15% with a £375/yr cap it's very competitive for portfolios up to £250,000 — and it's a trusted, household-name brand.
